Cassi Hoferer

I began my career in the small business industry, working closely with clients in a trade and barter organization. After the 2008 recession, I shifted paths and entered the 911 dispatching field, where I excelled in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that demanded accuracy, clarity, and quick decision-making.

Although I advanced to the role of Supervisor, I eventually realized I was ready for a new chapter—one that aligned more closely with my long-term passions and strengths. During this time, I had been providing bookkeeping services for a nonprofit and found myself genuinely enjoying the work.

Today, I’ve returned to my business roots full-time. I draw on everything I’ve learned throughout my career—attention to detail, communication, adaptability, and a deep commitment to service—to help my clients gain clarity, confidence, and greater value from their business finances.
